convenient location excellent view wide selection unreliable wifi musty odor limited equipment

the location was convenient for exploring the city. the rooftop bar offered excellent views. breakfast included a wide selection of items and fresh juices.

the wifi connection was unreliable at times. the bathroom had a slightly musty odor. i found the gym to be quite small with limited equipment.

broken air conditioning terrible breakfast

the bellboys helped with luggage quickly upon arrival.

the air conditioning did not work and i was not informed when i checked in. the noise from the street at night was unbearable. breakfast was below average for a hotel in this class.

Excellent City Hotel

ample space rooftop bar central location

i was kinda surprised by the room size it had ample space for luggage and movement. the rooftop bar offered great city views a nice addition for evening relaxation. the hotel's central location made it easy to access various attractions and restaurants.

the elevators were sometimes slow especially during peak hours it could be a short wait.

the staff provided quick assistance with directions and recommendations their service was prompt and efficient. i also observed staff members communicating effectively to resolve guest inquiries which was reassuring.
